Poor buying experience
Very disappointed with this product. I have used Bobbi Brown for many years including this eye opening mascara. When I opened the tube it was completely dry. It was like "an old mascara that you've been using for months and now you have to throw it away". Very dissatisfied with this purchase. By the way, I've ordered Bobbi Brown mascara from Revain in the past and haven't had any bad products.
