under the seat cushion caster wheel doesn't work, is missing critical bolts for structural integrity, the footrest support bar is missing (half the reason I got this chair) and the chair tilts about 70°, not nearly as flat as I've heard the reviews given and shown in the video. broken body panel for recline lever so cheap plastic covers don't fit properly, vibrating lumbar pillow is annoyingly loud. I'm not one to complain about noise when it's working, which is about a 5 out of 10 for performance. Assembly would have been easier if I had gotten all the right parts. and the lever you push and pull to lock or unlock the tilt suspension doesn't work, so I can't use the rocking function. I have a spare but will be getting a 50 build as I have more cash than patience to deal with such a catastrophic failure I bought and built. Disappointment. Either this company is run by people who don't care about their jobs or they don't care about their customers. it's not just a mistake, it's like buying at will.
