The bag is quite large and can hold several sugar gliders, but for my two I prefer to tuck a square 12x12 fleece inside so they have less space to sleep. The window is made of hard plastic, but the edges are closed with a reliable lining from the inside. I like to use this cover on hot days because it's structured and well ventilated to keep my kids comfortable in the heat. The inside is lined with pink fleece but the stitching is visible. However, the seams are secure so there are no loose threads. The zip is secure but make sure you are home and keep your kids caged before they wake up as mine started figuring out how to unzip the zip when she was on alert. The strap is adjustable and can be worn around the neck or over the shoulder. Overall love this bag!
