They weren't as described.
Most soft close drawers pull out very easily. It did not work. We only installed 3 and all 3 had me pushing hard to close and pulling hard to open. as if there were no slip. I had to go back. The return was such a fiasco that I won't be buying the more expensive ones because if they don't work I don't want to go through the return process again. I only buy from Lowes or Home Depot.
