No response to button press (only 3 days in use). SUPPORT, are you there? An answer would be good, and by the way, your Q&A and help pages are terrible. Update: ZIP from support in a month. Even if you leave it in the background, the app will disconnect and the tag will go to sleep, which of course doesn't work. And it's not. Bought for my wife who loses her keys and phone every day.
