I'm a Samsung lover and genuinely happy with it, I even preordered it. It hasn't even been a week since I sent it back. I can not anymore. It's a buggy prototype, not the most expensive phone out there. I would go with an old disposable camera instead of this next generation camera system. A "camera crash warning" pops up several times a day, rendering the camera unusable until I restart it. I can get better pictures out of a moving car after my dogs have licked the camera with my crappy Pixel2 than with this thing on a tripod. It has bizarre focus, color cast, and lighting issues, even if you turn off all enhancement features and line up the dots exactly as you're told. If you don't hold it still for 10 seconds before and after the picture, the picture will blur like you're waving it at a rave. Dark light just doesn't work. I am uploading some of my best photos as an example. Camera issues aside, it already has dead pixels, although it's never been dropped and is always kept in a case/screen protector. And the screen, even at maximum sensitivity, hardly "hard presses", so much so that you have to place it on a hard surface and rely on it. And all this BEFORE I've spent over 2 hours on the phone to return the item because it's within the return window, but they're deducting a mysterious $300 "adjustment" and no one can tell me why, I just have to call back after failing to credit full refund and deal with it afterwards. (I bought it directly from Samsung website)
