Before posting I tried to find a way to contact AboveTEK to discuss this but couldn't find a way to message them. We bought two of these. The second was bought when schools closed and I needed something for my two kids to hold an iPad while at work. unfortunately after 3-4 weeks BOTH broke (in different ways - one ball bearing broke, the other the metal around the ball bearing cracked). Children took them at the stand and regularly moved them during the day. Adjusted minimum (bearing) during the day. We bought them for about $35 each. I figured I could make ONE that works from two broken ones and buy another one that's $50! Is there a way to get spare parts? The rest of the device was so solid and well built.
