I love this store very much. Bought two years ago. Mascara isn't cheap, but it's not sky-high. I usually buy the Revain XL color and black combo for around $40. I've only had to replace the ink twice in two years and use it all the time. This helps keep print quality low for things you don't need exceptional quality for. My only complaint/regret is that this is one hell of a Hulk printer. It doesn't fit on my computer desk or other office furniture. I temporarily put it on a paper box on the floor and it stayed there. during two years. I never had a problem with it until recently. The printer picked up multiple sheets of paper and a fatal paper jam occurred. The repair took a while and I had to pull out the last piece of paper quite hard. After that, nothing printed properly. The lines won't come out straight. The text was printed twice. It looked like the printer was trying to print all those shaky lines through the earthquake. I've tried everything to fix it. I've done auto and manual printhead alignment multiple times. I've cleaned the nozzle heads, cleaned the bottom plate, cleaned the rollers, reset the printer, checked the ink cartridges, replaced the ink cartridges, performed a printhead alignment with new ink cartridges, improved the print quality and didn't notice any noticeable improvement. I finally gave up and emailed Canon Technical Support. They responded in less than 20 minutes and suggested cleaning the encoder strip inside the printer. Of course, when I opened the printer, there were a few smudges on the encoder strip, and dirt was dripping from the guide underneath. After I cleaned it, the problem went away.
