The device itself is solidly built. But basically you have to hold down the button to vape. This is quite normal when using a fixed nozzle. But when you use the gooseneck, both hands are busy. That means you steam the surface, put the whole assembly somewhere including the hot tip, then take a towel or sponge and wipe it down. This becomes very annoying when you need to steam a large area. The steam doesn't feel very hot either, and things like soapy water don't respond to it at all. I tried twice to clean the shower door with a scrubber but then gave up. And if your joints hurt, then this is not for you at all!
