Great product. Even better customer service. I bought it for my kids for Christmas last year and the quality is very good. I was able to set it up with no problem. Then after a few months our dog decided to chew on the slackline. I emailed ZenMonkey support to inquire about purchasing a new line. I wasn't sure if they would only sell this piece. They said they would check the parts inventory and get in touch with me. They said they had one they could send me for free. I only had to pay the shipping costs. I was very happy and my children were even happier. Thank you ZenMonkey for being a great company with great customer service.
