Review on Higgins Safflower Gold Conure & Cockatiel Natural Food Mix - Pack of 2 by Jennifer Corbett

Our cockatiels love this food! It always smells so fresh and so good I want to eat it too lol! This mixture makes them look so healthy that when their bowls are filled with it, they get so excited and dive right in. I just wish they liked the pieces of fruit more. I would have liked more vegetables. I'm always surprised when I see a pistachio and my bird is trying to chew it. He loves everything very much and tries to eat everything. He has a hard time with the very hard red chunks of colored food-like pellets that lie scattered around and are usually thrown away, but he loves most of them. The female is a bit fussier and doesn't care too much about many pieces of fruit, but will taste a few so she'll be a bit more wasted on her. Overall this is a very high quality mix and our birds love it every time and feel very healthy doing it. I give them fresh vegetables and a variety of other foods, but that's their main diet at the moment. I highly recommend it! It's expensive but worth it for my birds. It's funny we rate it by taste! Rzhunimagu! I think the flavors are great because my birds just love it! But I haven't tried it myself. Just so you know ;)
