100. Not quite. More like 50. I'll have to double check because I'm getting different readings. I've stopped between the two and it does the job, but I'm still testing my big set just to be sure. For a quick read without having to lug around all the test gear, this is fine. *UPDATE* You've had some time and nitrates and nitrites aren't working at all anymore. They (I'm guessing based on their age) don't give real testimony. The color does not match any color in the list. Using my API master set, I started comparing metrics and they differ by a mile in every way. It's a good idea, but I won't use it anymore. I threw the bottle away, half was unused.
