The notebooks have thick, cream paper with light grey dots. They are kind of thick, and the kraft paper cover seems to have a bit of trouble laying flat when closed due to the thickness. The dots are well spaced. The paper has pretty prominent ghosting with my staedtler triples fineliners and my distress inks on very fine stamps. I wish they had specified that the paper was cream not white.
- Use these as a checkbook register! Work great! Will definitely get again!
- The journal paper creases easily, making it challenging to flatten areas
