It takes a few seconds to get used to breathing with them, but it's not difficult.
Worked great. I had to clean the house where I would raise a lot of dust. The nasal filters fit comfortably in my nostrils. It took me a while to get used to breathing it, but I didn't feel heavy or uncomfortable. As described, I didn't feel hot or uncomfortable with them.
