I cant say that I was completely satisfied with the product.
I purchased it so that I could monitor my pulse while working out, but if my heart rate goes above 120, the device gives the impression that it has stopped reading and displays a reading of roughly 120, even though my actual heart rate is between 140 and 150. I used the Apple watch 3 that belonged to my wife in addition to doing a manual examination (on the radial artery with a second hand). If obtaining reliable readings of your heart rate is crucial to you, then I do not recommend that you make the purchase. Everything else is ok.
- Price. Accurate pedometer.
- If your pulse is higher than 120, the reading is inaccurate.
