At first I was in love. They fit great, sounded good and were very comfortable. After a few uses, I noticed that the sound was a little less audible in noisy environments than when using earbuds. They let more ambient noise through than plug-in headphones. Another problem is that the right ear tears where the tube is inserted. It's almost unusable and I've only had it for maybe 2 months and have used it about a dozen times. I really wanted to love it but durability is a big issue for me. Maybe I just got a defective one, but it's still frustrating. If you work in a quieter environment these earphones are great, but if you are at events or concerts it is very difficult to hear with them.
