Inexpensive for quality and service

First of all, the customer's hand was exceptional. I received an unsolicited call from Raghu asking if I had the LH275 set up and if it was working the way I like it. I haven't unpacked it yet and asked Raghu to call me back in two days. His call back was prompt. While it's not difficult to set up the headset, it doesn't seem to work very well. Raghu guided me through all the settings until it worked perfectly. He also patiently answered my many questions, both hypothetical and otherwise. He then called a day or two later and then again a few weeks later to make sure I was still happy. The product itself does its job well in my quiet office. The caller volume is quite loud and adjustable. Most importantly, all my clients commented that their reception was excellent. Without much noise in the background, I can't comment on the quality of the noise reduction other than my previous comment. The stand/charger/base is small and handy. The headset is easy to insert and remove from the holder. I keep it there when not in use with no apparent adverse impact on battery life. I used the headset for several hours without charging, despite the above. The LED indicators on the base are easy to read and show at a glance whether the headset is charged or fully charged. The headset is comfortable. I often forget I'm wearing it. I walk a lot. Never had a problem separating up to 30ft (didn't try further) and through walls. Likewise, I've never had a customer complain about a drop in voice quality or volume. Good news/bad news. Headphones attach to the headset with two plastic balls that snap into place. The good news is that this allows the earcups to move comfortably. It also allows the shells to be replaced inexpensively when they are worn. The bad news is that one of the ear cups often falls off. Not sure if this is caused by pulling it out of the stand instead of lifting it, or if it just gets a little lost and knocked off in use. Insertion will most likely lead to wear and the problem will get worse over time. The price demands that it be the best in its class. Customer perception of voice quality is far more important than saving a few dollars. In that regard, the LH275 is worth every penny.
