I used the 14" fan in my Dodge Ram SRT-10 as an air conditioning condenser puller because the air conditioning runs 134a, especially when idling despite full R. It fits perfectly between the condenser and the heat sink. I didn't want it to be visible through the grill and the exhaust fans are more efficient I finally get 40 degrees of air out of the vents! At idle the air is about 7 degrees colder The fan only worked with the compressor clutch engaged meaning it didn't runs when A/C is off or full throttle 30 - battery positive (with 15 amp fuse), pin 85 - chassis ground, pin 86 - ran wire to positive wire (blue/yellow) from compressor clutch harness and soldered a T-junction, Terminal 87 - valve positive wire torus, post 87a - not used The ground wire from the fan goes to a separate chassis ground I used 14ga wire with a PET sheath ve ruses. The little money spent on this project has come a long way!
