In January 2021, I started a new remote job in a call center environment. The wireless headsets my employer provided us with were uncomfortable and often died. A friend of mine who works for the company said things got so bad he just started HOLDING THE PHYSICAL PHONE RECEIVER and I had no intention of doing so I decided to buy this one, to make my life a little easier. And to be honest, it's pretty amazing for $30. The mute and volume works great with my phone, the headphones are very comfortable, and I get compliments from customers on how clearly they can hear my voice compared to my co-workers. I know I have to spend $30 of my own money to buy a headset for work. Some people think this is crazy but believe me it was a BIG investment for what I do 40 hours a week. It's already the end of April and the headset is still working perfectly. I quickly settled into my new job and even recommended some of the new employees I'm helping train this article :D If you're working from home and looking for a headset, I highly recommend buying this one!
