Review on 🔥 Silver Melting and Basting Set by Char-Broil: Model 9849200R06 by James Wickware

The item I received is not food grade stainless steel. It has strong magnetic properties and appears to be coated with some kind of metallic coating. While some high carbon stainless steels are inherently magnetic, food grade stainless steel is non-magnetic in all cases that I am aware of. For this reason, stainless steel pots used on induction stoves require a layer of steel or some other magnetic material on the bottom. The pastry brush is fine. It doesn't bother me that I'm from China. What confuses me is that I'm from China and I don't know what kind of coverage. Not worth sending back.
