The hip belt ripped (the seams came undone) when it wasn't even being used. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I'm 5ft 5" and have a small waist so it's difficult to find backpacks that fit me. This one fit perfectly. It was very comfortable, I walked in it all day and didn't feel uncomfortable. I even ran a few miles (without lap belts) and it didn't bounce and I felt great. This is a great size for a daypack and it fits quite a bit. I really wish the quality was higher. Unfortunately I had to return it due to the broken bracelet.
