It just didn't spin at all. no function worked but bluetooth

It looks like it's built backwards, I downloaded the app and tried to take some pictures but the mode button just makes a clicking sound and the gimbal jumps but doesn't move .after trying to figure out the modes. I think I got a bad device. I am so disappointed
