It's amazing. Last year I discovered Grounding/Grounding and researched to see all the medical studies on the effects. I started grounding for 30 minutes every morning when the ground was warm enough to keep my feet warm. I started to feel more energy and I loved it! I've done it all spring, summer and fall. When winter came I wanted to keep my feet on the ground so I bought this product and put it on my bed. The first night I put it at the foot of the bed, not under the sheet, and I felt so much energy in my body that I kept waking up! My skin felt tingly and weird but I saw that in the reviews so I went ahead. The next night I didn't have that feeling. My husband sleeps a maximum of 6 hours a night and he slept a whopping 8 hours the first night. I put it under the sheet in bed due to the cold and still feel the benefits, although it doesn't feel as strong without direct skin contact. Now that I've been using it for a month I'm recovering faster and I'm sharing my results with my mother-in-law who has the bracelets I bought her as a Christmas present. She also experiences pain relief and improved mood from using the products.
