Convenient and easy to use

Lightweight and comfortable. How can I check its accuracy? I do not have a medical monitor operated by a doctor or technician to verify its accuracy. I know I have atrial fibrillation and check it out whenever I feel like I'm having any event. Unless it's an event, everything written on it is non-specific, which doesn't mean much to me. That doesn't mean it's okay to do it from time to time. that this may not be true, but "not specifically" doesn't help
