Can't tell if it works.
I see this when our dog barks and I heard it make a noise but it doesn't seem to bother my dog much. She still barks at other dogs passing by and after a month of use our dog's behavior hasn't changed. If you have a dog that is sensitive to radio frequency devices this might work for you, seems to have good battery life and is rechargeable so that's nice.
