Zipperstop Provided a Very Disappointing Experience

My order for some sewing supplies that I placed with Zipperstop not too long ago was met with a level of dissatisfaction that well exceeded my expectations. Both the things I ordered and the ones I received were of low quality, and the company's customer service was unsatisfactory. Because they were so thin and hard to zip, the zippers that I received were practically impossible for me to use in the project that I was working on. My project's viability was jeopardized as a result of the fabric's poor quality, which consisted of very tiny threads that rapidly frayed. In addition, the thread was fragile and easily broke, which resulted in me having to restart my project more than once. I attempted to contact their customer service department to inquire about the quality of their items; however, I did not obtain a response from them. It is aggravating to receive things of such poor quality, but it is much more aggravating when the company does not make an effort to address your issues. In general, Zipperstop is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone searching for high-quality sewing products. Both the quality of their items and the assistance they provide to customers is insufficient. In the future, I will not be purchasing any things from this particular firm.
