The only advice I can give is to check the Google Gildan Kids Size Chart before you rest your head to ensure you are ordering the correct size item matches the Description! I was going to order a smaller size as I was using it to iron on a Halloween unicorn face sticker. The t-shirt was worn with a tutu so I didn't want it to be her normal size or too big as it would cover up the tutu. Not sure of the actual height/weight but the child is 8 years old, slightly overweight and usually wears a size 12-14 shirt.
