I went to Sprint's website and found out what SIM card is needed for this model, which I ordered at the same time (cost about $2). When the phone arrived it was like new. I set it up, put my SIM card in, and Sprint activated me via their web chat in about 15 minutes (the first person I met there said I had to go to the store, so I reconnected came over and found someone who said it wasn't no problem). Battery life is great - I'm not a heavy phone user so it lasts about two days. When I charge it only takes about 30 minutes. If you don't want to spend a lot of money for a phone that can still do everything, this is a good choice.
