Good knife for the price
This 8 inch chef's knife is way better than I expected for the price. Full stock and the blade is carbon steel (Warning: it will rust if you leave it wet). It wasn't particularly sharp when it arrived, but it came off easily with my electric sharpener and doesn't affect the rating. I do not recommend washing it in the dishwasher. Attractive and useful knife.
