Absolute rubbish, you were warned

Bought to reheat food in my work truck. With a heating element, complete nonsense. Because the item is uninsulated, any heat it generates is immediately dissipated from the top and sides. I plugged the unit in and worked for 4 hours, all the food was at room temperature except for the food directly touching the bottom of the tray. I actually put hot food in it and it got even colder. Don't let all the 5 star reviews fool you. They must have been paid reviews. If I could leave a no star review I would! he really deserved that.
