Passport light. That fits the bill. My application tip: soak windows. I filled the spray bottle with water and added a full cap of Dawn. I washed the window with it twice first and dried it with paper towels. Then I completely soaked the window until the water dripped onto the sill. (I kept a towel in there to soak up.) I found that the more spray the better with every window spray I made. After measuring at the ends, give yourself an extra inch. I use a razor (no holder, just a razor) or an Xacto knife to cut it off after it's on the window. When I measured and trimmed, there was a 0.25 inch gap at the bottom - easier to trim after application. Works very well, better than silicone. I was able to install them perfectly in less than 10 minutes. light penetrates. My dog and cat are still standing there trying to peek out months after I dressed them. I think they still haven't figured out that they aren't blind. I highly recommend this to people who have pets who love sticking their heads through blinds and wrecking them.
