After much searching I finally decided to buy this as a gift for my child and so far we are both happy with it. The steering wheel does not fold, but can be easily removed and becomes portable. In addition, the seat is ideal for younger children or when they are tired. It's also easy to adjust the height of the bar and should work very well for 2-5 years. The blue color is not very bright but not bad and acceptable to me. Assembly wasn't difficult, but installing the seat took some time. Finally, the wheels have built-in LEDs, which is very convenient and your child will love them.
