My girlfriend and I just moved into an apartment and a few months ago we had to buy new kitchen utensils. We didn't get it and my mom has one for the turkey dish she's cooking and swears by it. She has an overpriced Pampered Chef. I didn't think this one would be anywhere near as good, but I was SHOCKED at how durable it was. I like that it can be washed in the dishwasher. Due to the product it is not very difficult to clean but due to its nature this product is a bit more difficult to clean. The product is also very versatile. Last night my girlfriend used it for mashed chicken sausage, but she's going to use it for mashed potatoes too. I was impressed by its ability to withstand heat. That's great considering he's standing next to or touching a very hot pan. She also told me that she really liked the pen. i didn't think of that when buying the product but she said the handle makes it easy to grip even with a lot of force. She also said it didn't hurt her hand after using it for a long time. In short: this product is great!
