The lamp no longer responds to the remote control after 2 months, can't find a way to contact the seller

EDIT: One of my attempts to contact Govee was successful and they got back to me straight away to let me know they would send me a replacement under warranty. 5 stars for Govee, minus one for the defective device and difficult shipping. ORIGINAL: This is a classic problem when buying from Revain. Although Govee has a shop here, it doesn't offer a way to contact them and the warranty information link leads to a message to contact the seller directly for warranty issues, but again no link. The product was great when it worked, now it got stuck in an unwanted color when I switched colors when the lamp remote transmitter or receiver died. Yes, I checked that the battery is OK.
