Review on Bosch 1375A 2 Inch Angle Grinder by Andy Baker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cut out all things!

I originally bought this angle grinder to remove an old basketball goal. People used to have to install them themselves as they couldn't just buy them at the store. A previous homeowner set this goal decades ago using a big old steel pipe. The plywood that made up the actual target was rotten enough that I was worried a strong wind would blow it right onto my wife's car, so I bought the right tool for the job and got to work. Bosch does good for good. Price. This is a simple angle grinder that allows you to use thin cut-off wheels. The wrench included in the kit allows for quick and easy wheel changes. For safety, there is a protective cover and a carrying handle. (You can switch the grip to the other side so you have a good grip if you're left-handed or approaching from that side.) This tool not only helped me with a stupid basketball goal that needed to be lowered, but also a few other things. I've used it to disassemble folding chairs to fit bins with no problem. My neighbor and I cut the metal plates for our two fences - no problem here either. This grinder is a dependable tool that I like to have in my garage because I never know when another call will come up. when you polish something or otherwise spend a lot of time with the tool provided. As always, be careful. Wear safety glasses and a face shield when using this tool, especially when cutting metal. Angle grinders are no joke, so take them seriously.
