These are the best cross trainer shoes I have ever used. I use them for running, hay and at the gym. Provide good support and traction all around. They're also very light, breathe well, and seem to be of really good construction (I'm not a shoemaker, so I don't know for sure). If you're on the fence I'd say give these a try, I love them.
