Disappointed with office and school supplies

liked the picture on this one, however the inside is not as open as it looks in the picture. There were so many indentations and outlines that even regular sized pencils wouldn't fit without laying them from corner to corner. I have one, another design and no issues so not sure if it's the design or just a bug. Definitely disappointed.
