Overall this is a great item, due to the extra work to clean the item and the rust work on the inside of the female cylinder component is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. . I got it to work phenomenally. Advantages: Can be easily rotated clockwise and counterclockwise after cleaning and lubrication. A solid base is level and does not wobble. Wipe the exterior parts with a microfiber cloth. The male and female parts of the cylinder need to be cleaned and lubricated (a lot of work for a 'new' item). After lubricating the cylinder on the male part, it can be seen that the male part is rusted inside. I will keep working on it until it stops.
