Great alternative to Shimano SPD-SL pedals
These pedals are very suitable for amateur riders. They are just as easy to install as the SPD-SL pedals (three bolts) they replaced on my road bike. The color looks great with (newer) Shimano Ultegra components. They are light - 280 grams. This allows you to wear hiking shoes with two-bolt steel spikes, which are often found on many cycling shoes. This makes it easier to prepare for a ride as the same cleats work on all my bikes!
