I have been using conveadv for over 12 years in several different organizations within my job title as an IT Manager/Systems Engineer / Architect etc. It has helped us be more efficient by having all our documents stored into one place which allows me to quickly find any document that may need attention or actioning at anytime from anywhere! My only dislike would probably just being able to add other companies such like LinkedIn so we could share information easily between departments. If someone was looking out there trying to solve their problem they should look no further than convey adv because its amazing product!! You won't regret purchasing if you're serious about keeping track of everything needed when dealing with projects across many locations/departments/companies. The benefits include knowing where everthing is located allowing easy access throughout team members work space without needing constant searches through file cabinets ect..
