What is good is good. I may have a partially defective item.

As far as I can tell the sound quality of the microphone input is incredible. There are no complaints. I have two problems with this product. The spherical loop holding the mic is not secure and if I touch the mic in any way it could fall (hanging upside down if screwed in). Also, the headphones seem to have an audio quality issue when used for anything other than listening to the quality of the mic (plugged into the mic). It distorts absolutely everything I could play online when connected to my computer. I'm pretty sure it's just a defective component. However, I am fully prepared to add a support team to this review to address these issues.
