Review on NORTIV 8 Men's Waterproof Hiking Shoes - Lightweight and Ready for Trekking Trails! by Hayden Hart

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good value for money. for shoes

These are good shoes at a price I've never tried on. That being said I don't think I would buy them if I had the chance to try them on before buying. I will do my best to list what I wanted and how well the product hit the mark. Comfort - 4/5. They are quite "chubby" and comfortable. I've worn them several times over the past few weeks and have no complaints of any pain or discomfort. In fact, I didn't even feel the "break-in time" that most shoes have. Would give 5/5 but they are very hot. Breathability - 1/5. I know. They are waterproof. You are not made to breathe. They are hot. My feet don't usually smell, but these things make my feet sweat so much that my socks get wet every night I take them off. Fit - 5/5. They fit just like my other 12. Waterproof is so tough. Like I said, they make my feet sweat. So it's hard to tell if the shoe has a small leak or if the temperature of the water combined with sweaty feet is creating that feeling. I double checked the water resistance and the first time, one patient was noticeably wetter than the other. I can't give a good rating for the water resistance. Protector - 4/5. One of the main reasons I bought them was because I do a lot of vertical hiking. I used to wear Rebok sneakers. This is a major improvement. They stick pretty well. Style - 3/5. Again, they're pretty poofy. My foot looks a lot bigger in it than in other shoes. They're way better looking than most running shoes. I bought the black/grey set. You don't look bad. You don't look great. Overall I think this is probably a much better winter shoe than a summer hiking shoe. I don't regret my purchase but I think next time I'd spend a little more money to get a better pair.
