I assume the reviews saying this is a great buy did so before extensive testing. While I was happy with the design and features, the overall quality was okay. The sound isn't very good, but for this price I expected it. The downside of this device is the quality of the microphone, but more importantly the Bluetooth signal itself. It turns off immediately when I put my hand between the device and the phone. My phone was only two feet away from me and was not covered by anything else. So imagine it further away and through several layers of clothing. I also noticed that there was a lag between when I saw things on my phone and when I actually heard them. Also, someone mentioned that the charging port was too far into the headset to be useful and so was mine. I'm sending it back looking for a much better pair that I found from LG for the same price. I just wish I could find her first.
