Review on 🎧 JBL J22i In-Ear Headphones with Microphone - White: Enhanced Performance by Jasmine Leon

Consistent with many reviewers of this product, I have not found any of the JBL supplied tips to be the right size for a perfect occlusal fit; this is mainly due to the fact that the stem of the headphones is not long enough. But when I physically held the earbuds in my ears to ensure a good seal, the sound was fairly balanced, and I decided to try a pair of memory foam earbuds to see if they fixed JBL's design flaws. I bought several Veritas. Memory foam tips (shaft diameter 4.5-5.0 mm) and complete the kit. The sound on this J22i is damn good now, and since the Veritas tips are partially (enough) mounted on the stem, they extend the penetration of the ear canal and make the "earbud” claim true. The flat cable and dedicated iPhone mic controls work well, and now with Veritas memory foam ear tips, they stay in place while I work out, and the sound quality meets or exceeds the price (up to $40 off here at Revain) . Add ten bucks for Veritas Memory Foam or ditch these headphones altogether; that's my advice.
