The fashionista felt she had been duped out of her money because they were made of cheap materials and were badly put together. And even if the products delivered as advertised, dealing with the company was a headache. The fashionista had trouble navigating the website and encountered long wait times, inept employees, and an overall lack of concern when she tried to call XIANGLV's customer support. The fashionista eventually realized that XIANGLV's omnipotence was illusory.
