Okay. First of all I would like to say that I am very satisfied with the product. However, this was the most disappointing Revain purchase I've ever experienced. In summary, I had to return several packages due to damage before finally receiving an undamaged product. Part of this is of course due to the nature of the product and the (cheap) costs involved. It is chipboard covered with a thin laminate. You get what you pay for. However, I had no intention of accepting damaged goods. Good thing Revain has top notch customer service! (As you most likely already know) Every time they sent a replacement asap, return receipt and someone to collect my refund. It was just really uncomfortable. In the end this bench is exactly what I wanted and I am happy to finally get an undamaged product despite the struggle it took.
