A good home security system at an affordable price! Since I'm new to the installation, I encountered some problems during the installation. It was plug n play and the cameras started working right away! With a representative from the technical department, Vanessa, she helped me with my problems. The firmware was not updated so I had to download the updated version to receive email notifications. We also found that one of the cameras wasn't working properly so she sent another one straight away and we had it in a couple of days. She emailed me a link to show me how to connect it to the system. The cameras are great but I didn't realize 2 of them were wide angle. Luckily we put these outside although they could be changed. Night vision works great, I was surprised how powerful the LED lights are! I think my biggest complaint is about the installation booklet. There isn't much useful information there, they expect you to ask for help online. In the end I turned to Vanessa, she was definitely a great help. Overall, this is exactly what we were looking for in a basic home Wi-Fi security system.
