I really wanted to like this product. I bought it to replace one from Heimvision because it couldn't go to sleep (dim lights over time) without sound and the Tuya app's integration with Google Home wasn't great (it treated every function like a lightbulb switch ). promising. The shape is elongated, which isn't pretty, but it's larger than similar models and puts out more light, and the light has a wider color temperature range than most. The clock's display is dimmable (off, low, high), larger, and easier to read than the Heimvision. All functions work well enough. I had some glitches with my Google Home brightness setting that required restarting the device, but it works. The problem is that the light flickers (at all brightness levels, but this is especially noticeable at higher settings). I thought I had a defective unit, so I ordered a replacement unit. The replacement device has exactly the same problem. In addition, turning on or off the alarm, activating sleep mode, snooze function, etc. are not available in Google Home or Alexa. The voice control only controls the lamp function, which unfortunately does not interfere. For me, the flickering was the deal breaker. Any other issues I had were picky. If the light was stable I would keep it. Very unfortunate; This model has a lot.
