I bought this to put ice on my face to reduce inflammation from acne on my cheeks. Unfortunately, the width of the mask only covers half of my cheeks. The picture shows that about half of the mask stays out of contact with the cooling balls so it basically doesn't do what I bought it to do. It also doesn't stay in place with the straps, so you have to use the mask while lying on it. your back or it will fall. The lining that touches your face is a felt fabric that is nice to the touch but needs to be hand washed when it gets dirty. I'll most likely want to put a towel in between, but then the holes for the eyes and nose will be covered. At this point, I'll probably go back to my rectangular gel pack and apply ice to one cheek at a time.
