They're a lot better than the old standard end caps that just snapped into the end of the hub shell. camp, but someone showed me the way. There aren't many instructions on how to use them, so here's one: I used a long head and a medium extension to fit into the existing 350 front hub cap. With the hub on the workbench, I then pressed down on the extension (Be careful not to insert the bushing into the gasket in the existing end cap!) and removed the locking ring and the end cap came loose as well. THEN: Take the appropriate end cap and very carefully insert it into the inner race of the bearing. It will fit but it will be tight and in my case it caught on the race because it was a little crooked. Once you start, push hard and it will go in. Make sure the outside "shank" of the end cap is inside or flush with the end of the hub body. You don't need a locking ring or old plug, but keep them because you never know when you might need them. Good luck and keep the rubber side down! Drive safe.
